What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a consultation or use our eligibility tools we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, nationality, country of residence, job title, indicative budget and any message you write. We also record the page you arrived from and the campaign that referred you, so we can understand which of our guides are useful.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a written proposal, run the pre-approval checks that a citizenship or residency application requires, and keep you informed about the programs you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the licensed government agents required to file your application, and only once you have engaged us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to advise you, and for the period required by anti-money-laundering rules once you become a client. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become an engagement at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@savoryandpartners.co. We will confirm the action in writing.
Security
Enquiry data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access restricted to the advisers working on your file. Documents supporting an application are exchanged through secure channels, never over ordinary email attachments.
