Verdict

Who each programme suits

Choose Grenada NTF if

A United States business or an E-2 investor visa is part of the plan, China travel matters, or you want the broadest family definition in the region. It is also the lowest all-in cost of the three for a family of four.

Choose St Kitts SISC if

You want the longest-established programme, the strongest Caribbean travel document, and the option of accelerated processing when the file is time critical. The cleanest, simplest structure of the three.

Choose St Kitts PBO if

You prefer your USD 250,000 to fund a named, government approved project rather than the general fund, and you are comfortable with the extra developer approval layer that adds to the file.

Questions

What families ask when comparing these three

What is the difference between St Kitts SISC and PBO?
Both cost USD 250,000 for a single applicant and both are non-refundable. SISC pays into the Sustainable Island State Fund, a government fund. PBO pays into a specific government approved public benefit project run by an authorised developer. The passport, the timeline and the due diligence are the same; the difference is where the money goes and, on PBO, an extra layer of developer and project approval on the file.
Is Grenada NTF cheaper than St Kitts?
At the headline it is: USD 235,000 against USD 250,000. For a family of four the gap holds at roughly USD 20,000 all in, because Grenada also charges less for child due diligence. The decision rarely turns on that gap. It turns on whether you want the US E-2 treaty and visa-free China access that only Grenada offers.
Which suits a family of four living in the United States?
If a US business or an E-2 investor visa is anywhere in the plan, Grenada is usually the answer, because it is the only Caribbean citizenship whose nationals can apply for an E-2. If the objective is the strongest Caribbean travel document and the fastest possible processing, St Kitts SISC is the stronger file. US citizens and green card holders should also confirm with a tax adviser: a second citizenship does not change US worldwide filing obligations.
Are you an authorized agent for both Grenada and St Kitts?
Yes. We are an authorized agent for the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit and for the Grenada Investment Migration Agency, and we file directly with both. Our credentials page sets out the routes we are authorized to submit.
Can I get the program documents before I commit?
Yes. Our resources page has program briefs for Grenada NTF, St Kitts SISC and St Kitts PBO covering investment thresholds, fee schedules, family pricing, documents required and the step-by-step timeline. Request them and an adviser follows up personally, in English or Mandarin.
