Requirements
- Main applicant aged 18 or over
- Clean criminal record and multi-tier due diligence clearance
- Verified legal source of the invested funds
- Mandatory interview with the Citizenship by Investment Unit
- Investment made into a project currently approved by the CIU

- Confirmation from the developer that the project holds current CIU approval
