Requirements

  • Main applicant aged 18 or over
  • Clean criminal record and due diligence clearance
  • Verified legal source of the invested funds
  • Mandatory virtual interview
  • No residence or visit requirement, before or after approval

  • Passport copies for every applicant
  • Birth and marriage certificates
  • Police clearance from every country of residence in the last ten years
  • Proof of address and professional or bank references
  • Source of funds evidence: sale contracts, company accounts, statements
  • Medical certificate including HIV test
