The basis on which we publish program information and the basis on which we are engaged.
Nature of the information
Program figures, timelines and requirements published here are drawn from official government schedules and are reviewed regularly. Governments change contribution levels, due diligence charges and eligibility rules without notice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice, and no page creates a client relationship.
Engagement and fees
We charge a fixed professional fee, agreed in writing and payable on engagement. Government contributions, due diligence charges, legal fees and passport issuance costs are separate and are itemised in your proposal before you commit. Your engagement letter, not this website, governs the scope, the fee and any refund treatment.
No guarantee of approval
Approval rests with the relevant government authority. We only proceed with a file we believe will be approved, and we tell you plainly when a profile is unlikely to pass due diligence, but no adviser can guarantee an outcome.
Use of this site
You may read, print and share these pages for personal use. You may not republish our program data, fee tables or written analysis commercially without written permission.
